By entering your credit card information, you are accepting the charge of a no-show fee, applicable if you are not present on the day of your reservation and did not cancel it within the timeframe established in our Terms and Conditions.
Tolerance - Due to the high number of requests, we appreciate that any delay longer than 15 minutes is reported by telephone as soon as possible. If not, your table will be allocated to another reservation.
Booking Duration – Reservations at Dear Breakfast have 1h30m of duration. To ensure the best experience, we appreciate that all members of the reservation arrive at the scheduled time, as it may not be possible to postpone the next booking.
Table Assignment - Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific tables and seats, however, please leave your comment and our team will do their best to fulfil your requests.
1. Data Provision and Conditions
The data is made available by the customer of their own free will and will not be transmitted by The Dear Breakfast Alfama , complying with the rules applicable to these matters.
Clients are responsible for confirming the data provided and that will be used by The Dear Breakfast Alfama .
By providing this information, customers authorise The Dear Breakfast Alfama to use their data (identification and payment details), subject to the rules set forth in this document, to transmit the information to third parties, with the aim to complete and fulfill your order.
2. Legal Age and Legal Capacity
The client declares that he/she is of legal age and that he/she has the necessary legal capacity for the purchase of the Services provided in the Website, in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.
3. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
As soon as the customer has accessed the Website, in order to contract the Product(s) / Service(s), he must follow all instructions included in the purchase process.
Upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the client ratifies the contract signed with The Dear Breakfast Alfama , confirming the dates indicated in his/her reservation and the number of people. The customer undertakes to confirm the veracity of the information provided, being null and void any contract where the customer has provided false information.
4. Rates and Billing
The management policy of Dear Breakfast Alfama Restaurant is to charge the full amount for reservations of more than 7 guests. A deposit will be applied for the reservation to be considered confirmed.
If payment of the full deposit is not made in advance by the customer, The Dear Breakfast Alfama will not be responsible for, or guarantee, availability at the Restaurant.
The final price of the product(s) / service(s) contracted is detailed at the time of purchase. The Dear Breakfast Alfama will not, under any circumstances, send an invoice, receipt or any other document, related to the reservation in paper format, to the client.
5. Payment Methods
5.1. Credit Card & Stripe Account:
The Dear Breakfast Alfama and Stripe, Inc. will process any personal data (provided by the client) in full compliance with the law in force;
After making the reservation, the customer will be sent to a protected page where the credit/debit card details will be requested in order to proceed with the payment. The reservation amount will be debited immediately as soon as the reservation is made.
It is up to The Dear Breakfast Alfama to inform customers that it has contracted Stripe, Inc. to execute and control the processing of the acquisition of services provided by The Dear Breakfast Alfama .
Reservations can only be made through the https://www.dearbreakfast.com/ Website. The allocation is made according to availability and randomly by the management of The Dear Breakfast Alfama .
The client may modify the reservation via the email email@example.com. The terms and conditions for modification, cancellation or no-show of the reservation can be found in the contracting process specified on the Website, and the client, when making the reservation, confirms that he is aware of them and is in acceptance of them.
It is understood as a change:
• A change to the booking date/time;
• A change to the number of people in the reservation;
• A change in the service that has been booked;
7. Cancellation Policy
The Dear Breakfast Alfama establishes that all reservations can be cancelled and refunds will be made under the following terms:
▪ Cancellation up until 6pm (GMT) of the business day prior to the Booking date - The amount paid will be fully refunded;
▪ Cancellation within less than 24 working hrs from the time of the booking - The Dear Breakfast Alfama will not refund payment;
▪ In case of no-show, The Dear Breakfast Alfama will not be responsible for refunding the amounts charged for the product(s) / Service(s).
