LEGAL AGE OF MAIORITY AND CAPACITY TO CONSENT

The customer declares that he/she is of legal age (over 18 or 21 years old in some jurisdictions) and who has the necessary legal capacity to make a reservation at UMAMI Robata Grill, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions that are fully understood and inherent to the process.
UMAMI Robata Grill & Asian Cocktails shall not be held liable if the booking has been carried out by a minor, being the one responsible is the minor, his/her parents, or legal representatives, who must assume the costs and consequences that may arise from the booking process. Access to the website is the sole responsibility of the customer.

AGREEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When hiring a product/service through the website, the customer must follow all the recommendations and instructions inherent to the purchase process, including reading and agreeing to all the terms & conditions described here.
Upon accepting all the terms & conditions, the customer must provide and confirm the following data:
• Date and time of order pick-up
• Personal information (phone number, email, name, and surname)
• Payment of the order's total amount
• Any other specific terms and conditions relating to the service described in the acquisition process.

The customer agrees to confirm the veracity and accuracy of the data provided; if in the event the customer provides any false or misleading information, the acquisition will be null and void. Once the purchase process is complete, UMAMI Robata Grill & Asian Cocktails will email and/or SMS the customer with the order summary.
No general or specific conditions communicated by the customer can be introduced to the terms and conditions described here. If there is a discrepancy between the proof of order (email from confirmation) and the terms and conditions described here, the confirmation email and/or SMS prevails over the order.

PAYMENT AND INVOICING

UMAMI Robata Grill & Asian Cocktails specifies that takeaway orders will not be accepted unless payment is made at the time of ordering on the takeaway platform.
UMAMI Robata Grill & Asian Cocktails is not responsible for or guarantees availability if the customer does not complete the purchase process by completing and validating all fields (including payment details).
In the breakdown of the tariff, the value of each item chosen is detailed, as well as the taxes, indirect costs, and any other applicable fees or taxes.

UMAMI Robata Grill & Asian Cocktails and Stripe, Inc. undertakes to process any personal data made available in full compliance with the law in force.
After completing the purchase, the customer will be directed to a secure and protected page/field where the customer will be asked for their credit/debit card details in order to proceed with the payment. The value of the order will be debited immediately after the purchase. UMAMI Robata Grill & Asian Cocktails issues a receipt or invoice for the amounts paid by the customer.
It is the responsibility of UMAMI Robata Grill & Asian Cocktails to inform the customer that it has contracted Stripe, Inc. to perform and control the purchasing process of the reservation fee or deposit.

UMAMI Robata Grill & Asian Cocktails only accepts takeaway orders from Quinta do Lago through the website - www.quintadolago.com/en/restaurants/umami/

GENERAL CONDITIONS

UMAMI Robata Grill & Asian Cocktails provides takeaway service with the following features:

• Only orders placed through the website and the respective online takeaway platform are accepted.
• All orders must be placed between 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, from Tuesday through Saturday.
• A €1.5 packaging fee will be applied to all orders.

COLLECTION PLACE AND TIME

All orders must be picked up at UMAMI Robata Grill & Asian Cocktails.

The service schedule is between 18:00 and 21:00, which is also when orders are collected.

PRODUCT PACKAGING

To comply with HACCP requirements and guarantee the quality and freshness of ingredients, all products will be packaged in food-grade packaging.
Any product purchased must be suitable for immediate consumption and must be packaged at the appropriate temperature.
It is the customer's responsibility to disclose the existence of allergies or food intolerances at the time of purchase.
 
ORDER CANCELATION

The UMAMI Restaurant informs all customers that no refunds will be issued in relation to the product/service available, and we do not accept cancellations of orders already made.
