1. RESERVATION AT MIMO
A. RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To make a reservation at the MIMO restaurant, it is mandatory to enter your credit card details under the circumstances described in this document.
a. During the booking process, no charge will be made;
For groups of more than 10 people, will be subject to confirmation by the Restaurant team, please contact us directly via email: Concierge.Algarve@pinecliffs.com.
b. Table Allocation – Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific tables and seats, however, please leave your comment on the record and our teams will do their best to accommodate your requests.
c. Special requests – Special requests are subject to confirmation by the restaurant, please contact us directly via email Concierge.Algarve@pinecliffs.com
d. Tolerance: The delay tolerance period practiced by MIMO is 15 minutes and any check-in after this time must be communicated by telephone, by the customer to the restaurant. Otherwise, the forfeiture and the table assigned to another reservation will be considered.
2. Payment Methods and Stripe Account
2.1 Stripe Account:
MIMO and Stripe, Inc. are obliged to treat any personal data provided in full compliance with applicable law;
After making the reservation, the customer will be sent to a protected page where they will be asked for their credit/debit card details to make the payment. The reservation amount will be charged immediately after the reservation is made.
It is MIMO’s responsibility to inform customers that it has engaged Stripe, Inc. to perform and control the processing of the purchase of the services provided by Piri-Piri Steakhouse;
3. Reservations
The allocation of tables is done according to availability and randomly by the management of MIMO.
The customer may modify the reservation through the email concierge.algarve@luxurycollection.com .
It is understood as a modification
- Changing the date of the reservation.
- Changing the number of people on the reservation
- Change the estimated time of arrival.
4. Cancellation Policy
MIMO establishes that all reservations can be canceled and will only be refunded as follows:
Cancellation up to 72h prior to the Event date - The full amount will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 72h before the date of the Event - MIMO will not make any refund of the amounts paid by the customer;
In case of a no-show, MIMO is not responsible for any refund;
RESERVATION CONDITIONS FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE 2023/2024:
1. Rates and Invoicing
MIMO has a management policy of pre-payment for reservations.
The rates applied will be as per below:
a) A pre-payment of €325 per person will be applied for the reservation to be considered confirmed. If the deposit is not validated by the customer, MIMO is not responsible nor guarantees availability.
The invoice/receipt should be requested on the day of the booking, in person at MIMO.
2. Cancellation Policy
MIMO establishes that all reservations can be cancelled and will only be refunded as follows:
- Cancellation up to the 22nd of December- The full amount will be refunded;
- MIMO will not make any refund of the amounts paid by the customer for cancellations made after the 22nd of December
- In case of no-show, MIMO is not responsible for any refund
