CANCELLATION POLICY AND RATES
1. Data Provision and Conditions
The data is made available by the customer of their own free will and will not be transmitted by The Vintage House Hotel S.A., complying with the rules applicable to these matters.
Clients are responsible for confirming the data provided and that will be used by The Vintage House Hotel S.A..
By providing this information, customers authorise The Vintage House Hotel S.A. to use their data (identification and payment details), subject to the rules set forth in this document, to transmit the information to third parties, with the aim to complete and fulfill your order.
2. Legal Age and Legal Capacity
The client declares that he/she is of legal age and that he/she has the necessary legal capacity for the purchase of the Services provided in the Website, in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.
3. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
As soon as the customer has accessed the Website, in order to contract the Product(s) / Service(s), he must follow all instructions included in the purchase process.
Upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the client ratifies the contract signed with The Vintage House Hotel S.A., confirming the dates indicated in his/her reservation and the number of people. The customer undertakes to confirm the veracity of the information provided, being null and void any contract where the customer has provided false information.
4. Rates and Billing
The management policy of Quinta da Roêda is to charge the full amount for reservations. A deposit will be applied for the reservation to be considered confirmed.
If payment of the full deposit is not made in advance by the customer, The Vintage House Hotel S.A. will not be responsible for, or guarantee, availability at the Quinta da Roêda.
The final price of the product(s) / service(s) contracted is detailed at the time of purchase. The Vintage House Hotel S.A. will not, under any circumstances, send an invoice, receipt or any other document, related to the reservation in paper format, to the client.
5. Payment Methods
5.1. Credit Card & Stripe Account:
The Vintage House Hotel S.A. and Stripe, Inc. will process any personal data (provided by the client) in full compliance with the law in force;
After making the reservation, the customer will be directed to a protected page where the credit/debit card details will be requested in order to proceed with the payment. The reservation will be confirmed as soon as payment is finalized.
It is up to The Vintage House Hotel S.A. to inform customers that it has contracted Stripe, Inc. to execute and control the processing of the acquisition of services provided by The Vintage House Hotel S.A..
6. Reservations
Reservations can only be made through the Croft – Quinta da Roêda Website. The allocation is made according to availability and randomly by the management of The Vintage House Hotel S.A..
The client may modify the reservation via the email visit@croft.pt. The terms and conditions for modification, cancellation or no-show of the reservation can be found in the contracting process specified on the Website, and the client, when making the reservation, confirms that he is aware of them and is in acceptance of them.
It is understood as a change:
• A change to the booking date/time;
• A change to the number of people in the reservation;
• A change in the service that has been booked;
7. Cancellation Policy
The Vintage House Hotel S.A. establishes that all reservations can be cancelled and refunds will be made under the following terms:
▪ Cancellation within less than 48 hrs from the time of the booking - The Vintage House Hotel S.A. will not refund payment;
▪ In case of no-show, The Vintage House Hotel S.A. will not be responsible for refunding the amounts charged for the product(s) / Service(s).
