Daily, from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
ACCESS CONDITIONS
For the well-being and safety of all who visit us, in the current pandemic situation originated by COVID-19, the following conditions are required to access the Spirito Spa and treatments:
• Mask use is mandatory when circulating in the Spa
• Hand sanitation at the entrance of each space
• Recommended social distancing of 2m
• Mask use is mandatory during the treatment by both the client and the therapist
• Clients should change inside the treatment room to avoid contact with other clients, or proximity in the locker rooms
• Clients should not bring personal jewellery to the treatments (watches, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, rings, etc)
• Between each treatment, there is a period of 30 minutes reserved to sanitize the treatment room.
In the event of a health/physical condition or pregnancy, kindly inform us at the time of the reservation, so that we can prepare for you to have the best experience.
The access of children under the age of 16 years old is not allowed.
The Spirito Spa is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged in its facilities. The items found must be delivered to the Spa reception and will be kept for 4 weeks.
RESERVATIONS CANCELATION
Reservations cancelled before 24 hours of the booking time, will be fully refunded.
Reservations cancelled after 24 hours of the booking time will be refunded in 50% of the total treatment value.
In case of no-show, the reservation is non-refundable. The full treatment amount will be charged.
