The SPA area is open daily, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
The treatments are available daily from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 p.m.
The access of children under the age of 16 years old is not allowed.
In the event of a health/physical condition or pregnancy, kindly inform us at the time of the reservation, so that we can prepare for you to have the best experience.
The Spirito Spa is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged in its facilities. The items found must be delivered to the Spa reception and will be kept for 4 weeks.
Reservations cancelled before 24 hours of the booking time, will be refunded in 50% of the total treatment value.
Reservations cancelled within the 24 hours of the booking time, or no-shows, are non-refundable and the full treatment amount will be charged.
To make purchases, you must choose the desired experience and choose the respective date, register by filling out the “finalize purchase” form, as well as follow all the steps of the purchase so that it is successfully completed.
The Client must make sure that all data relating to address, email and telephone number are correct.
Whenever a purchase is made, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the purchase.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Product prices include all applicable taxes and can be updated at any time by the Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa.
Payment can be made via Credit Card, MB Way or ATM.
