RESERVATION ENOTECA 17.56:
Tolerance: The delay tolerance period practiced by Enoteca 17.56 is 15 minutes and any
check-in after this time must be communicated by phone, by the customer to the restaurant.
Otherwise, it will be considered a dropout and the table will be assigned to another
reservation.
Duration of reservation - In order to ensure the best experience, we appreciate that all
members of the reservation arrive at the scheduled time, as it may not be possible to
reschedule the next reservation.
Table allocation - Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific tables and seating, however
please leave your comment on the record and our teams will do their best to accommodate
your requests.
Groups - For groups of more than 10 people, these will be subject to confirmation by the
Enoteca 17.56 team.
Last minute changes - Any changes to the original booking request are the responsibility of
the client.
Cancellation Policy and Rates
Enoteca 17.56 has a management policy of applying no-show fees.
A fee of 35€ per person will be charged if the client does not show up on the date of booking.
When booking at Enoteca 17.56, and in order to guarantee the reservation, it is mandatory
to introduce the credit card data under the conditions provided in this document.
During this process no debit will be made.
Enoteca 17.56 establishes that all reservations can be cancelled without any payment until 24
hours before the meal.
PAYMENT AND STRIPE ACCOUNT
It is the responsibility of Enoteca 17.56 to inform consumers that it has engaged a third party
entity (Stripe, as identified above) to execute and control the processing of the acquisition of
the services provided by Enoteca 17.56. Similarly, Enoteca 17.56 undertakes to maintain, in
conjunction with said company, all refund, cancellation or adjustment policy procedures,
clearly explaining the process by which consumers can be refunded.
Enoteca 17.56 and Stripe, Inc. undertake to treat any personal data provided with full
compliance with applicable law.
The booking amount will only be charged in the event of a no-show or when the booking is
cancelled with less than 8h notice.
Enoteca 17.56 will provide receipts or invoices for the services provided to consumers.
The personal data provided by the client is considered of the utmost confidentiality.
It is the responsibility of Enoteca 17.56 to make available support to consumers regarding
the sending of invoices, cancellations and refunds related to the services provided (within
the established rules).
Enoteca 17.56 is responsible, in accordance with the applicable legislation, for determining
the taxes or fees applicable to the services provided.
PROVIDED ELEMENTS AND RULES
The data is made available by the customer by his free will and will not be transmitted by
Enoteca 17.56, the latter complying with the rules applicable to these matters.
The consumers are responsible for confirming the data provided and that will be used by
Enoteca 17.56.
By providing the information, the clients authorize Enoteca 17.56 to use their elements
(identification and payment elements), to accept to be subject to the rules foreseen in this
document and to authorize Enoteca 17.56 to transmit the information to third parties with the
objective of completing and satisfying their order
