Tolerance - Due to the high number of requests, we appreciate that any delay longer than 15 minutes is reported by telephone as soon as possible. If not, your table will be allocated to another reservation.
Booking Duration - To ensure the best experience, we appreciate that all members of the reservation arrive at the scheduled time, as it may not be possible to postpone the next booking.
Table Assignment - Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific tables and seats, however, please leave your comment and our team will do their best to fulfil your requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND RATES
1. Elements available and rules
The data are made available by the customer of their own free will and will not be transmitted by La Trattoria, complying with the rules applicable to these matters.
Consumers are responsible for confirming the data provided and that will be used by La Trattoria.
By providing the information, customers authorize La Trattoria to use their elements (identification and payment elements), to be subject to the rules set forth in this document and to authorize La Trattoria to transmit the information to third parties with the aim of complete and fulfill your order.
2 . Legal Majority and Legal Capacity
The client declares that he/she is of legal age and that he/she has the necessary legal capacity for the purchase of the Services provided on the Site, in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.

As soon as the customer has accessed the Site, in order to contract the Product(s) / Service(s),
must follow all instructions included in the purchase process.
Upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the customer ratifies the contract signed with O La Trattoria, confirming the dates indicated in your reservation and the number of people. The customer undertakes to confirm the veracity of the information provided, being null and void any contract where the customer has provided false information.
3. Rates and Billing
La Trattoria management policy is to charge a deposit for reservations on special dates at 31st December, at dinner.
A deposit of 90 € per person will be applied for the reservation to be considered confirmed.
If the payment of the deposit is not validated by the customer, La Trattoria is not responsible or guarantees availability at La Trattoria restaurant;
La Trattoria will not, under any circumstances, send customers any invoice, receipt or any other documents related to the reservation in paper format.
4. Payment Methods
4.1. ATM:
After making the reservation, the customer will be sent to a protected page where
presented the entity, reference and amount to proceed with the payment via Multibanco.
The reservation is only confirmed after payment of the amount within the deadline established by La Trattoria. Otherwise, the reservation request will be cancelled.
La Trattoria will provide receipts or invoices for services provided to customers.
4.2 MBWay:
After making the reservation, the customer will receive the payment information by MBWay, through the respective mobile app.

4.3 Credit Card & Stripe Account:
La Trattoria and Stripe, Inc. will process any personal data made available in full compliance with the law in force;
After making the reservation, the customer will be sent to a protected page where the credit/debit card details will be requested to proceed with the payment. The reservation amount will be debited immediately as soon as the reservation is made.
It is up to La Trattoria to inform customers that it has contracted Stripe, Inc. to execute and control the processing of the acquisition of services provided by La Trattoria;
5. Reservations
Reservations can only be made through the website La Trattoria.
The allocation of tables is made according to availability and randomly by the management of La Trattoria.
The client may modify the reservation via email reservas@latrattoria.pt
The terms and conditions of modification, cancellation or no-show of the reservation are presented in the contracting process specified on the Website and the client, when making the reservation, confirms expressly be aware of and accept them.
It is understood as a change:
• Change the booking date.
• Change the number of people on the reservation
• Change estimated time of arrival
6. Cancellation Policy
La Trattoria establishes that all reservations can be canceled and will only be refund of the amount(s) charged in the following terms:
▪ Cancellation up to 72 hours before the booking date - The amount will be refunded in the same amount paid out;
▪ Cancellation less than 72 hours before the reservation time – La Trattoria will not refund the amounts paid by customers;
▪ In case of no-show, La Trattoria is not responsible for the refund of the amounts charged for the product(s) / Service(s)
