CANCELLATIONS AND FEES POLICY
Al Mare has a management policy to charge a deposit for bookings over 5 people.
We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 6 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to fee of 10€ per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.

PAYMENT AND STRIPE ACCOUNT
Al Mare is responsible for informing consumers that a third party, Stripe, Inc., was hired to carry out and control the processing of the acquisition of the services provided by Al Mare;
Al Mare and Stripe, Inc., are obligated to handle any personal data supplied by the client in full compliance with the applicable law;
The charge will be deducted only in case of a no-show or if the reservation is cancelled less than 6h00 hours before the date;
Al Mare will supply receipts or invoices of the services provided to consumers;
DATA AND RULES
The data is supplied by the client and shall not be shared by Al Mare.
By supplying this information, clients are authorizing Al Mare to use their data (ID and payment information), accepting the rules anticipated in this document, and allowing Al Mare to share the information with third parties with the purpose of completing and satisfying their request;
Al Mare is not responsible for any loss or improper use of the payment information by third parties.
