Cancellation Policy and Fees
Portarossa management policy is to apply no-show or cancellation fees for bookings of more than 5 people.
We ask that in the event of a cancellation, it must be made no later than 5h00 before the date of the booking, so that no payment will be made. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, a fee of €10 per person will be charged to the credit card entered on the booking.
Please note that any changes (number of guests, times, days, months or years) to bookings with a deposit will be subject to a charge of €10 per person based on the original booking.

PAYMENT AND STRIPE ACCOUNT
Portarossa is responsible for informing consumers that it has contracted a third party (in this case Stripe) to carry out and control the processing of the purchase of services provided by Portarossa. Likewise, Portarossa undertakes to maintain, together with said company, all refund, cancellation or adjustment policy procedures, clearly explaining the process by which consumers can be refunded.
Portarossa and Stripe, Inc. undertake to process any personal data provided in full compliance with applicable law.
The value of the reservation (€10 per person) will only be debited in the event of a no-show or when the reservation is cancelled less than 5 hours in advance.
Portarossa will provide consumers with receipts or invoices for the services provided.
The personal data provided by the customer is considered to be of the utmost confidentiality.
It is Portarossa responsibility to provide support to consumers with regard to sending invoices, cancellations and refunds related to the services provided (within the established rules).
Portarossa is responsible, in accordance with applicable legislation, for determining the taxes or duties applicable to the services provided;

The data is provided by the customer of their own free will and will not be passed on by Portarossa, which complies with the rules applicable to these matters.
Consumers are responsible for confirming the data provided and used by Portarossa.
By providing the information, customers authorise Portarossa to use their details (identification and payment details), agree to be bound by the rules set out in this document and authorise Portarossa to transmit the information to third parties in order to complete and fulfil their order.
