LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY AND CAPACITY TO CONSENT

The guest states that have legal age (over 18 or 21 years in some jurisdictions) and that accepts the legal capacity necessary for the acquisition of Services provided on the Website, according to Terms and Conditions, that are fully understood.

Quinta do Lago is not, under any circumstances, liable in the event that the Products/Services are hired by a minor, being held responsibility the minor, their parents or legal representatives, which must assume the costs and the consequences that may result from such contract.

Access to the booking website is the responsibility of the guest.


AGREEMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When the guest access the website to hire a product/service, should follow all the recommendations and instructions inherent to the acquisition process, agreeing with Terms and Conditions and any other forms created especially for a product/service mentioned on the acquisition process.

The guest agrees to confirm the veracity and accuracy of the provided information; in the event that the guest provides any false information, the booking will be null and void.

Once the booking is made, Quinta do Lago will send by email to the guest the receipt confirmation and further the availability and booking confirmation.

No general or specific terms and conditions communicated by the guest can be add under the Terms and Conditions described here.

In the case of discrepancy between the evidence of booking request and the Terms and Conditions, the terms established in the proof of the booking confirmation are the only terms and conditions applicable to the obligation in question.


TAKE AWAY SERVICE POLICY

The Take Away Service from Quinta do Lago is assured based on the following service details:

a) Packaging Instructions
All products will be packed in their own packaging and destined for food. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances when placing your order.

b) Service Period
The new service is available from 2nd of February 2021, between 9am until 1pm. The guest can order at any time, counting that no orders are accepted with less than 72 hours.

c) Orders
All the orders should be made only through Quinta do Lago’s Website. Quinta do Lago will not accept any orders by email or phone.
To order, it is necessary to enter the desired date and time, choose the items and register by filling in the “checkout” form, as well as following all the steps of the purchase so that it is successfully completed.
The guest must ensure that all personal information requested is correct. 


PAYMENT METHODS AND STRIPE ACCOUNT

Quinta do Lago and Stripe, Inc are obliged to process personal data based on Portuguese Law and regulations.

Following the booking process the Guest will be redirected to a protected page where they will be asked for credit/debit card details to proceed with payment. The booking rate will be immediately charged from the card. Quinta do Lago will issue and deliver the invoice or receipt on the day of the booking.

It is Quinta do Lago duty to inform that they have hired Stripe, Inc. to perform and control the purchasing process of their services.

Only Stripe payments are accepted for this service.


CANCELLATIONS

Quinta do Lago informs all the guests that no refunds related to the available service will be made.
