The dishes must be chosen, in advance, up to 72 hours before the event;
If there is room exclusivity, payment is made up to 72 hours before the event;
The room exclusivity price does not include the value of menus / choice à la carte (meals and extras will be charged separately);
Payment for the event is made up to the day of the event, in its entirety;
If there are any extras/differences in the budget agreed for the event, these will be charged and sent in the final invoice, after the event has taken place;
In case of changing the number of pax, within 48 hours prior to the event, the entire previously agreed amount will have to be charged;
We reserve the right to change the menus and conditions presented until the booking is formalised;
The request for proposal is not considered a reservation;
The reservation is only made after payment of 50% of the total value of the event (or full payment);
The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate (13% on food, water and coffee and 23% on alcoholic and soft drinks and room exclusivity);
