Tolerance - Due to the high number of requests, please inform us by phone as soon as possible of any delay of more than 15 minutes. Should this not happen, your table will be allocated to another reservation.
Duration of reservation - The experience in our restaurant lasts for 2 hours, not guaranteeing the permanence in the table after this period.
Table allocation - Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific tables and seats, however please leave your comment on the record and our teams will do their best to accommodate your requests.
Groups - For groups of more than 12 people, these are subject to confirmation by the Sauvage team or contact us directly by phone or email +351 21 134 5998.
Special requests - Special requests are subject to confirmation by our team.
Last minute changes - Any changes to the original booking request are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation Policy and Rates
Sauvage has a management policy of applying no show fees for bookings over 7 people.
For reservations over 7 persons (inclusive): A fee of 20€ per person will be charged if the client does not show up on the date of the reservation or cancels less than 3 hours in advance;
When booking for 7 or more people at Sauvage, and in order to guarantee the reservation, it is mandatory to introduce the credit card details under the conditions provided in this document.
During this process will not be made any debit.
Sauvage establishes that all reservations can be cancelled without any payment until 3h00 hours before the meal. After this deadline, the cancellation/non-show will have a no-show charge;
The reservation date may be changed at the customer's request, depending always on the restaurant availability.
PAYMENT AND STRIPE ACCOUNT
It is Sauvage's responsibility to inform consumers that it has engaged a third party entity (Stripe, as identified above) to execute and control the processing of the purchase of the services provided by Sauvage. Likewise, Sauvage undertakes to maintain, in conjunction with said company, all refund, cancellation or adjustment policy procedures, clearly explaining the process by which consumers may be reimbursed.
Sauvage and Stripe, Inc. undertake to treat any personal data provided with full compliance with applicable law.
The booking amount will only be charged in the event of a no-show or when the booking is cancelled with less than 3h00 notice.
Sauvage will provide receipts or invoices for services provided to consumers.
Personal data provided by the client is considered of the utmost confidentiality.
It is Sauvage's responsibility to provide support to consumers with regard to sending invoices, cancellations and refunds related to the services provided (within the established rules).
Sauvage is responsible, in accordance with the applicable legislation, for determining the taxes or fees applicable to the services provided;
DATA PROVIDED AND RULES
The data is made available by the Customer of his own free will and shall not be transmitted by Sauvage, with Sauvage complying with the rules applicable to these matters.
Consumers are responsible for confirming the data provided and to be used by Sauvage.
By providing the information, customers authorise Sauvage to use their details (identification and payment details), agree to be bound by the rules set out in this document and authorise Sauvage to transmit the information to third parties for the purpose of completing and satisfying their request.
