O MARÉ
A. RESERVATION CONDITIONS
1. To make a reservation at the O Maré restaurant, it is mandatory to enter your credit card details under the circumstances described in this document.
2. During the booking process, no charge will be made;
3. For groups of more than 10 people, will be subject to confirmation by the Restaurant team, please contact us directly via email: Concierge.Algarve@pinecliffs.com.
4. Table Allocation – Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific tables and seats, however, please leave your comment on the record and our teams will do their best to accommodate your requests.
5. Special requests – Special requests are subject to confirmation by the restaurant, please contact us directly via email Concierge.Algarve@pinecliffs.com
6. Tolerance: The delay tolerance period practiced by O Maré is 15 minutes and any check-in after this time must be communicated by telephone, by the customer to the restaurant. Otherwise, the forfeiture and the table assigned to another reservation will be considered.
B. CANCELLATION AND RETURN
1. The restaurant establishes that all reservations can be canceled without any payment being made until 13:00 on the day of reservation; after this period, the cancellation/no-show will have a cost of €10* per person;
2. The customer can change the booking date when requested, always depending on the availability of the restaurant;
3. It is possible to change the reservation holder until the day of the reservation;
4. In case of a no-show, the customer can request an invoice for payment by sending the necessary data via email to Concierge.Algarve@pinecliffs.com

C. PAYMENT AND STRIPE ACCOUNT
1. Pine Cliffs Resort and Stripe, Inc. undertake to process any personal data provided in full compliance with the applicable law;
2. The reservation amount will be charged only in case of no-show or when the reservation is canceled after 13:00 on the day of reservation;
4. Pine Cliffs Resort will provide receipts or invoices for services provided to customers;
5. Pine Cliffs Resort is responsible for informing clients that it has hired Stripe, Inc. to execute and control the processing of the acquisition of services provided by O Maré;
D. IVAUCHER
1. The IVAucher program is an incentive system promoted by the Portuguese Government, which will allow taxpayers to accumulate the value of VAT paid in the accommodation, culture and restaurant sectors. When making payments with cards issued by IVAucher member banks, taxpayers will enjoy a refund of up to 50% of the amount of the invoice paid.
2. To use the IVAucher balance, simply make a payment with one of the eligible bank cards in our restaurants and bars. With the adhesion of the issuing Banks in the IVAucher Program, the consumer will pay 100% of the value of the purchase and, subsequently, in the existence of a IVAucher balance for this purpose, will receive up to 50% of this value in the account associated with the card used to make the payment, up to two working days after the payment has been made.
D. PROVIDED DATA
1. The data is made available by the customer at their discretion. These must be confirmed by the customer and will not be transmitted by O Maré;
2. By providing the data, customers are authorizing O Maré to use their elements (identification and payment elements), to accept the rules described herein, and to authorize O Maré to transmit the information to third parties to complete and fulfill your reservation request;
3. O Maré is not responsible for any loss or misuse by third parties related to payment data made available.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE 2023/2024:
1. Rates and Invoicing
Maré restaurant has a management policy of charging pre-payment for NYE reservations.
The rates applied will be as per below:
a) A pre-payment of €295 per person will be applied for the reservation to be considered confirmed. If the payment of the deposit is not validated by the customer, Maré is not responsible nor guarantees availability at the restaurant.
The invoice/receipt should be requested on the day of booking, in person at the restaurant.
2. Cancellation Policy
Maré establishes that all reservations can be cancelled and will only be refunded as follows:
- Cancellation up the 22nd of December - The full amount will be refunded.
- Maré will not make any refund of the amounts paid by the customer for cancellations made after the 22nd of December.
- In case of no-show, Maré is not responsible for any refund;
