Upon making a reservation for The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant, and in order to secure it, it is necessary to provide the credit card data under the circumstances indicated in this document.
During this process no charge will be made.
Booking Duration - In order to guarantee the best possible service, we kindly ask you to please be ready to sit at the scheduled time for your reservation, as it may not be possible to postpone the next booking. In case of any unforeseen event and consequent delay in your arrival, we kindly ask you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience.
Table Allocation – Due to the large number of requests, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee tables by the window or in specific areas of the restaurant.

Special requests - Special requests are subject to confirmation by The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant.
Last minute changes – Any changes to the original booking request are subject to confirmation by The Yeatman's Gastronomic Restaurant team
CANCELLATION AND RETURN
The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant establishes that all reservations may be cancelled without payment of any cost until 24 hours before the meal. After this deadline, the cancellation/no-show will entail the charge of 100€* per person. The grace period for delays is 30 minutes. After that, the reservation is considered a no-show.
The date of the reservation may be changed at the client’s request, always depending on the restaurant’s availability.
PAYMENT AND STRIPE ACCOUNT
The Yeatman and Stripe, Inc., are obligated to handle any personal data supplied by the client in full compliance with the applicable law.
The charge will be deducted only in case of a no-show or if the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the date;
The Yeatman will provide receipts or invoices for services provided.
DATA AND RULES
The data is deliberately provided by the client and shall not be shared by The Yeatman who will uphold the rules applicable regarding these matters.
Consumers are responsible for confirming the data that will be used by The Yeatman.
By supplying this information, clients authorize The Yeatman to use their data (ID and payment information), accept the rules in this document and allow The Yeatman to share the information with third parties with the purpose of completing and satisfying their request.
2. RESERVATION CONDITIONS - NEW YEAR'S EVE 2023/2024 and Saint John´s dinner June 23th.
1. Rates and Invoicing
The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant has a management policy of charging a deposit for reservations.
The rates applied will be as per below:
a) A non-refundable deposit of €500 per person, for New year´s eve dinner, will be applied for the reservation to be considered confirmed. If the payment of the deposit is not validated by the customer, The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant is not responsible nor guarantees availability at the restaurant;
At the time of purchase, the fixed price of the reservation is applied by the number of people of the party.
The invoice/receipt should be requested on the day of booking, in person when making the final payment at the restaurant.
2. Payment Methods and Stripe Account
2.1 Stripe Account:
The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant and Stripe, Inc. are obliged to treat any personal data provided in full compliance with applicable law;
After making the reservation, the customer will be sent to a protected page where they will be asked for their credit/debit card details to make the payment. The reservation amount will be charged immediately after the reservation is made.
It is The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant responsibility to inform customers that it has engaged Stripe, Inc. to perform and control the processing of the purchase of the services provided by The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant;
4. Cancellation Policy
The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant establishes that all reservations can be cancelled and will only be refunded as follows:
- Cancellation up to 15 days prior to the Event date - The full amount will be refunded;
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the date of the Event – The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant will not make any refund of the amounts paid by the customer;
- In case of no-show, The Yeatman Gastronomic Restaurant is not responsible for any refund;
