By entering your credit card information, you are accepting the charge of a no-show fee, applicable if you are not present on the day of your reservation and did not cancel it within the timeframe established in our Terms and Conditions.
When booking a table at the Rabelo Restaurant at the Vintage House Hotel, it will be necessary to provide credit card information, in order to secure your reservation, in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in this document. During this process, no charge will be made.
To guarantee the best possible service on the day of your reservation, we kindly ask you to be ready to be seated at the scheduled time of your reservation, as it may not be possible to postpone the next booking. In the event of a late arrival, we kindly ask you to notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience.
The Restaurant Rabelo cannot guarantee tables by the window or in specific areas of the restaurant.
To request a reservation for 6 or more people, the client must contact the Restaurant directly.

Special requests and changes to the original reservation, are subject to confirmation by the Rabelo Restaurant at The Vintage House.
CANCELLATIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS
The Cancellation Policy at Restaurant Rabelo, Vintage House Hotel, states that reservations may be cancelled without a cancellation fee, up until 24 hours before the meal. After this deadline, cancellations and no-shows will entail a late notification charge of 35€ per person. The grace period for a late arrival is 30 minutes, thereafter, the reservation will be considered a no-show.
At the client’s request, the date of reservation may be changed, subject to restaurant availability.
PAYMENT AND STRIPE ACCOUNT
The Vintage House Hotel and Stripe, Inc., have the obligation to guarantee the protection of personal data supplied by the client, in full compliance with applicable laws.
The cancellation charge will only be deducted in the case of a no-show, or if the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the time of the reservation.
The Vintage House will provide receipts or invoices for services provided.
DATA AND CONDITIONS
The data is purposely provided by the client and shall not be shared by the Vintage House Hotel, who will act in accordance with the applicable laws concerning this matter.
Consumers are responsible for confirming the data that will be used by the Vintage House Hotel.
By supplying this information, clients authorise the Vintage House Hotel to use their data (ID and payment information), accepting the rules in this document, thus allowing the Vintage House Hotel to share the information with third parties in relation to the purpose of completing and handling their request.
