Tolerance - Due to the high number of requests, we appreciate that any delay longer than 15 minutes is reported by telephone as soon as possible. If not, your table will be allocated to another reservation.
Booking Duration - To ensure the best experience, we appreciate that all members of the reservation arrive at the scheduled time, as it may not be possible to postpone the next booking.
Table Assignment - Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific tables and seats, however, please leave your comment and our team will do their best to fulfil your requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND RATES
1. Elements available and rules
The data are made available by the customer of their own free will and will not be transmitted by the Hotel QTª das Lágrimas, complying with the rules applicable to these matters.
Consumers are responsible for confirming the data provided and that will be used by the Hotel QTª das Lágrimas.
By providing the information, customers authorize the Hotel QTª das Lágrimas to use their elements (identification and payment elements), to be subject to the rules set forth in this document and to authorize Hotel QTª das Lágrimas to transmit the information to third parties with the aim of complete and fulfill your order.
2 . Legal Majority and Legal Capacity
The client declares that he/she is of legal age and that he/she has the necessary legal capacity for the purchase of the Services provided on the Site, in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
As soon as the customer has accessed the Site, in order to contract the Product(s) / Service(s),
must follow all instructions included in the purchase process.
Upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the customer ratifies the contract signed with O Hotel QTª das Lágrimas, confirming the dates indicated in your reservation and the number of people. The customer undertakes to confirm the veracity of the information provided, being null and void any contract where the customer has provided false information.
3. Rates and Billing
The Pedro & Inês restaurant's management policy is to charge a deposit for reservations on special dates at the Hotel QTª das Lágrimas, at dinner.
A deposit of €40 per person will be applied for the reservation to be considered confirmed.
If the payment of the deposit is not validated by the customer, Hotel QTª das Lágrimas is not responsible or guarantees availability at Pedro&Inês restaurant;
The Hotel QTª das Lágrimas will not, under any circumstances, send customers any invoice, receipt or any other documents related to the reservation in paper format.
4. Payment Methods
4.1. ATM:
After making the reservation, the customer will be sent to a protected page where
presented the entity, reference and amount to proceed with the payment via Multibanco.
The reservation is only confirmed after payment of the amount within the deadline established by the Hotel QTª das Lágrimas. Otherwise, the reservation request will be cancelled.
Hotel QTª das Lágrimas will provide receipts or invoices for services provided to customers.
4.2 MBWay:
After making the reservation, the customer will receive the payment information by MBWay, through the respective mobile app.
The reservation is only confirmed after payment of the amount within the deadline established by the Hotel QTª das Lágrimas. Otherwise, the reservation request will be cancelled.
Hotel QTª das Lágrimas will provide receipts or invoices for services provided to customers.
4.3 Credit Card & Stripe Account:
Hotel QTª das Lágrimas and Stripe, Inc. will process any personal data made available in full compliance with the law in force;
After making the reservation, the customer will be sent to a protected page where the credit/debit card details will be requested to proceed with the payment. The reservation amount will be debited immediately as soon as the reservation is made.
It is up to Hotel QTª das Lágrimas to inform customers that it has contracted Stripe, Inc. to execute and control the processing of the acquisition of services provided by Hotel QTª das Lágrimas;
5. Reservations
Reservations can only be made through the website of the Hotel QTª das Lágrimas www.quintadaslagrimas.pt
The allocation of tables is made according to availability and randomly by the management of the Hotel QTª das Lágrimas.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S EVE 2022/2023:
1. Rates and Invoicing
Pedro & Inês has a management policy of charging a deposit for reservations.
The rates applied will be as per below:
A deposit per person will be applied for the reservation to be considered confirmed. If the the deposit is not validated by the customer, Pedro & Inês is not responsible nor guarantees availability at the restaurant.
The invoice/receipt should be requested on the day of booking, in person at the restaurant.
2. Cancellation Policy
Pedro & Inês establishes that all reservations can be cancelled and will only be refunded as follows:
Cancellation up to 1 week prior to the Event date - The full amount will be refunded;
Cancellation less than 1 week before the date of the Event – Pedro & Inês will not make any refund of the amounts paid by the customer;
In case of no-show, Pedro & Inês is not responsible for any refund;
