RESERVATIONS
1. During the peak time / meal time unfortunately we cannot accept reservations for drinks only at some areas such as the Lounge or Plaza Portuguesa. If you request a reservation for drinks only we will welcome you in the drinks designated area.
2. The reservation has a usual time limit of 2 hours, after that time we will need the table for the next reservation. In this case we'll try to find you a great place at the drinks designated area.
3. We have a delay tolerance of 15 minutes, after that time we unfortunately may need to cancel the reservation and offer the table to other guests. We will try our best to wait for you or get you a table when you arrive, however it will be subject to availability.
4. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific tables, since it will depend on the service flow and momentary availability. Most of our tables are low tables with ottomans, some of our tables are shared.
5. We kindly inform you that if you wish to bring a wine bottle or cake there is a fee associated with it. We do have birthday cakes available upon previous request, please contact info@goalisboa.com for more information. Cork fee: 15€, Cake fee: 22€.
CANCELLATIONS AND FEES POLICY
Go A Lisboa Rooftop has a management policy to charge a deposit for bookings.
A no-show fee of 15€ per person will be charged on reservations of 5 or more guests. This fee also applies when the guest doesn’t cancel within 24h in advance.
Go A Lisboa Rooftop allows all reservations to be cancelled without payment of any cost until 24h before the meal; after this deadline, the cancellation/no-show will entail the charge per person;
The date of the reservation may be changed at the client’s request, always depending on the restaurant’s availability;

PAYMENT AND STRIPE ACCOUNT
Go A Lisboa Rooftop is responsible for informing consumers that a third party, Stripe, Inc., was hired to carry out and control the processing of the acquisition of the services provided by Go A Lisboa Rooftop;
Go A Lisboa Rooftop and Stripe, Inc., are obligated to handle any personal data supplied by the client in full compliance with the applicable law;
The charge will be deducted only in case of a no-show or if the reservation is cancelled less than 1h30 hours before the date;
Go A Lisboa Rooftop will supply receipts or invoices of the services provided to consumers;
DATA AND RULES
The data is supplied by the client and shall not be shared by Go A Lisboa Rooftop.
By supplying this information, clients are authorizing Go A Lisboa Rooftop to use their data (ID and payment information), accepting the rules anticipated in this document, and allowing Go A Lisboa Rooftop to share the information with third parties with the purpose of completing and satisfying their request;
Go A Lisboa Rooftop is not responsible for any loss or improper use of the payment information by third parties.
