RESERVATION
Tolerance - Due to the high number of requests, we appreciate that any delay longer than 15 minutes is reported by telephone as soon as possible. If not, your table will be allocated to another reservation.
Booking Duration - To ensure the best experience, we appreciate that all members of the reservation arrive at the scheduled time, as it may not be possible to postpone the next booking.
Table Assignment - Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific tables and seats, however, please leave your comment and our team will do their best to fulfil your requests.
Groups - For groups of more than 18 people please contact us directly via or email.

CANCELLATIONS AND FEES POLICY
Casa do Bacalhau has a management policy to charge a deposit for bookings over 10 people.
Reservations for a minimum of 11 people: a no-show fee of 25€ per person will be charged. This fee also applies when the guest doesn’t cancel within 24h in advance.
To make a reservation for 6 or more people at Casa do Bacalhau, it is necessary to provide the credit card data under the following circumstances.
During this process no charge will be made;
Casa do Bacalhau allows all reservations to be cancelled without payment of any cost until 24h before the meal; after this deadline, the cancellation/no-show will entail the charge per person;
The date of the reservation may be changed at the client’s request, always depending on the restaurant’s availability;

PAYMENT AND STRIPE ACCOUNT
Casa do Bacalhau is responsible for informing consumers that a third party, Stripe, Inc., was hired to carry out and control the processing of the acquisition of the services provided by Casa do Bacalhau;
Casa do Bacalhau and Stripe, Inc., are obligated to handle any personal data supplied by the client in full compliance with the applicable law;
The charge will be deducted only in case of a no-show or if the reservation is cancelled less than 24h hours before the date;
Casa do Bacalhau will supply receipts or invoices of the services provided to consumers;
DATA AND RULES
The data is supplied by the client and shall not be shared by Casa do Bacalhau.
By supplying this information, clients are authorizing Casa do Bacalhau to use their data (ID and payment information), accepting the rules anticipated in this document, and allowing Casa do Bacalhau to share the information with third parties with the purpose of completing and satisfying their request;
Casa do Bacalhau is not responsible for any loss or improper use of the payment information by third parties.
